Ms. Holness is an Underwriter by profession, trained under the guidance of Mercantile and General Reinsurance Company (now Swiss Re). She joined JN Life in May 2013 as their Chief Underwriter. Ms. Holness now holds the position of Manager – New Risk and Underwriting.

She completed a Diploma in Business administration at CAST (now UTECH) and holds the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) as well as the Academy Life Underwriters (ALU) designation.
